Google's new beta, Google Suggest, uses JavaScript and remote scripting to suggest popular search keywords as you type a keyword. It's quite impressive and I can't wait to see where the Web goes now that this sort of live scripting is hitting the mainstream. Here's a roundup of Google Suggest links:
-
A Google developer announces the feature on the Google Weblog.
-
Adam Stiles takes a look at the internals in Hacking Google Suggest. [via Nick]
-
Simon Willison talks about GS and its obfuscated JavaScript at SitePoint's DHTML Blog.
-
Chris Holland wonders if this will scale, a very good question considering Google's user base.
-
I thought I was being original posting The Google ABC based on the first words Google suggests for each letter, but someone at Slashdot did it first, Dave Pell probably beat me to it, and Patrick Gaskill made a live-updated version. The Register even managed to make a whole article out of this silly idea.

1. nice round-up :)
